Market Validation Journey

The journey begins by observing the market to find a significant, unmet need or a critical pain point. We focus on understanding the customer's struggle before even thinking about a solution.

Once a problem is identified, we validate its potential. We analyze the Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) to ensure the opportunity is large enough to pursue.

Based on expert feedback, we redevelop our BMC. We also create a lean digital marketing plan, identifying key channels and content strategies to effectively reach our first customers.

We use the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to map our initial idea. This includes defining the value proposition, customer segments, channels, and key activities to build a sustainable business framework.

We engage directly with our target market at the exhibition. This is the ultimate test to showcase our product, validate our value proposition with real users, and gather unfiltered feedback.

An idea is only valid if it's financially sustainable. We create a simple financial forecast, defining our costs (COGS, Fixed, Variable) and revenue streams to calculate our Break-Even Point (BEP).

A basic prototype or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is developed. We present this, along with our BMC, to mentors and industry experts, using tools like the Feedback Grid to capture critical insights for revision.

After the expo, we consolidate all learnings and data. This information is used to build a powerful pitch deck that tells our validation journey and outlines the strategic plan for scaling the business.
